We are looking for an OEM & Dealership Operations Specialist who can help us deliver our mission to make it seamless for individuals and businesses to make the transition to zero-carbon driving.
This role will focus on day-to-day operational relationships with our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and Dealership network. Working with these partners to manage service levels and to carry out and suggest improvements to our existing processes, ensuring our customers have delightful, memorable experiences.
Things move fast here at OEV, so your input will also help shape the future of how we interact with our customers at all stages of their journey. We are growing rapidly and there is a relentless focus on scalability whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
This is a new role within the Fleet Operations team, so there is lots to do but also a chance to influence how we provide our service and plenty of development opportunities. It will be important to also get stuck in with day-to-day queries/issues to get a full understanding and be able to carry out root-cause analysis.
**What you'll do...**:
- Work alongside our Customer Operations team, ensuring all Dealership partners deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and improve service levels for our customers
- Report back to the business on any trends and important information
- Work across various systems that require our attention
- Deal with inbound Dealership questions and queries
**What you'll need...**:
- Dealership experience preferred but not essential
- To be comfortable and skilled at building relationships at all levels
- Experience working independently and as part of a close knit team
- To be a natural finisher and an effective operator - you leave no loose ends in your path
- To want to be part of a rapidly growing company and be comfortable adopting changes quickly
