**Logistics Coordinator**

**Case, London**

London-based furniture brand, Case, are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our friendly and growing team. The roles core remit will be to organise and monitor all stock movements to fulfil wholesale, retail and contracts sales orders and branch replenishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all stock movements between international suppliers, primary warehouses and 3PLs, managing all aspects of the shipments - in and out.
- Coordinate customer deliveries and collections from multiple international and domestic locations under EXW / FOB / DDP / DAP terms.
- Manage and monitor all logistics costs and negotiate rates / contracts.
- Work closely with Purchasing and Sales teams to forecast weekly supply demand in assigned shipping modes, tracking freight due for collection and delivery and monitor planned transportation loads and maintain optimum stock levels.
- Monitor all import/export, preparing all necessary documentation relating to each shipment.
- Liaise with forwarders to ensure delivery is effectively coordinated and monitor progress to ensure orders have been dispatched within agreed timescales and delays are managed and communicated to the relevant teams and counterparts.
- Resolve disruptive issues swiftly and in a commercially viable way.
- Manage and develop relationships with freight forwarders, suppliers and B2B customer counterparts.
- Generate periodic Management reports and drive meetings.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience working within a similar role and ideally similar industry.
- Cin7 / Xero experience desirable.
- Ability to understand, predict and control the movement of goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to meet deadlines, time manage and prioritise workloads.
- Problem solving skills.
- Computer literate including MS Excel (experienced / advanced level).
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- 3+ years of professional experience working in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Experience building trust-based relationships with logistics partners, suppliers and B2B customers.
- Experience in 3PL warehousing, inventory management and contract negotiation.
- Proven track record of people leadership and development.
- Experience conducting quantitative analysis that can drive to insights and results using data.
- Track record of managing data gathering and analysis, problem solving and delivering recommendations.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel to Greater London and West Sussex.

Level: Experienced

Hours: Mon - Fri 9.30 - 18.00 (Fulltime company premises based)

Remuneration: According to experience

Start date: As soon as possible

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
