Resource Scheduler

Due to continued and exciting growth we are currently looking for a Resource Scheduler to join our organisation - a great opportunity for someone who is looking to utilise their organisational & partnering skills to add value within an innovative and dynamic environment.
The Resource Scheduler sits between our Professional Services and Operations teams - predominantly working with our Aiimi Consultants, collaborating with the existing Resource Scheduler and reporting into the Delivery Enablement Manager.
Hybrid working available and full training provided.
**A day in the life of an Aiimi Resource Scheduler**:
Work with the Resource Scheduler and Delivery Enablement Manager to:
- Schedule all Aiimi consultants for current, proposed and pipeline projects in alignment with client needs
- Ensure all projects are optimised and accurately resourced to maximise utilisation
- Ensure that forecasting assumptions and resourcing levels are accurate and communicated effectively to the relevant stakeholders
- Produce a weekly 90-day rolling forecast for Aiimi Services
- Highlight current and potential scheduling issues and schedule availability for all consultants
- Identify and proactively resolve the overallocation of resources
- Highlight, and escalate as necessary, changes and issues with weekly rolling forecasts
- Create and maintain up-to-date consultant profiles for all current and new consultants
- Track commercial paperwork lifecycles and ensure all signed commercial agreements are filed in the correct locations
- Accurately set-up and regularly audit on-going project budgets and close down completed projects as appropriate
- Understand and maintain a consistent view of the Aiimi Services lifecycle from project set-up, and scheduling through to invoicing
- Carry out inductions for new starters
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience based in a fast-paced, Co-ordinator position and/or similar role
- Proven organisational and planning skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines
- Able to accurately understand and manipulate large of amounts information, especially numbers
- Able to adjust and manage changing requirements across several projects
- Impeccable attention to detail
- A true team player
- Keen to bring fresh ideas and ways of working
- Excited by a challenge and thrives on variety in day-to-day work
- Proficiency in MS suite including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint, with the desire to learn new software in line with the requirements of the role
