**Location: Milton Keynes**
**Job Role**
To create, coordinate, maintain and communicate works schedulers and permits across the contract. Through effective permitting, support the Contract Team to work efficiently, deliver effective services and record accurate records of activities undertaken
**Duties**
- Create and execute project work plans, tasks and revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Managing enquiries, customer contact, work required’s, events and other asset system related tasks
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Ensures adherence to NRSWA and TMA requirements.
- Minimises our exposure and risk on works
- Ensures any operational related documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
- Effectively communicates relevant works information, enquiries, outcomes with operational teams, clients and stakeholders.
- Dynamically manages schedule for quick response (2hr and 24hr Emergencies) activities.
- Hub related activities including: 2hr and 24hr Emergencies, requests from the MKCC Client, etc
- Willingly carry out any reasonable task as requested by a member of the management team
- Attend and participate in Team Briefings
- Continually review processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement
- Actively support the internal teams

**Contract Type: Permanent**
**Hours: Full Time - 40 - Monday to Friday**
