As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality marketing campaigns to drive attendance to a number of high-profile industry events.

**About the Company**: This leading multi-million-pound B2B events company run approximately 100 high-end B2B events a year, targeting legal, financial services and insurance markets. The company aim to educate and inform industry leaders in how to better their operations and are looking for a Marketing Executive to join the team for them to continue growing from strength to strength.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Execute marketing campaigns.
- Independently execute marketing plans to achieve revenue and event attendance targets.
- Establish and refine target audiences based on industry personas.
- Collaborate with partners and speakers to create compelling influencer marketing campaigns.
- Design digital marketing collateral for campaigns within your channels.
- Deliver organic social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate closely with sales, client success, and production teams.
- Report regularly on campaign progress and KPIs.
- Share best practices with the wider marketing team.

**What we need from you**:

- Proven experience in a B2B client campaigns role or minimum 1+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing fundamentals.
- Experience with CRM and content management systems, marketing automation tools, and social media channels.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to write benefit-driven copy for a technical audience.
- Proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable analysing performance metrics.

**The package for the role of Marketing Executive includes**:

- £35,000-£40,000
- 20% bonus
- 25 days holiday

**Location**: The position of Marketing Executive is based in Central London.
