Sales Invoicing Administrator

We are looking for a Sales Invoicing Administrator to join our small but mighty team of 3 in the Recycling division. You would have great admin skills, experience raising invoices, excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.
About the role
- Ensure invoices are raised within the agreed timescales for all our customers
- Ensure Customer Self-Bills are matched and worked in a timely manner upon receipt and any queries or discrepancies are dealt with immediately
- Investigate Credit Note requests and submit into our Navision system in a timely manner
- Raise moisture claims and downgrades against orders in our Navision System
- Monitor and report unbilled order status to ensure all invoices are generated
- Contribute in presenting monthly aged debt and invoice query statistics to support cash management
About you
- Experience of high-volume sales transactions
- Invoicing Process
- Customer query investigation process
- Excel skills
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-Motivated with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change
- A quick learner with a desire to further themselves through challenging targets
- Experience within industry (desirable)
