We have an exciting opportunity for an Invoice Releasing Advisor to form part of our large Credit Management Team here at our Head Offices in Caerphilly.Here you will be responsible for **releasing invoices** to our largest Key Account Clientsall within a timely manner and as per the client’s contractual requirements and payment terms.
**A day in the life of an Invoice Releasing Advisor at phs will involve**:

- Ensuring our biggest invoices are released accurately and on time, in-line with our standards
- Resolving complex issues and queries that prevent customers paying their invoices on time
- Obtaining and updating as much information as possible on to the phs databases thus ensuring our clients’ accounts are as relative and accurate as possible
- Working proactively with customers and internal account managers to ensure continuous improvements to maximise effective and efficient customer service
- Great customer focus
- A high level of attention to detail
- Be organised, assertive with great communication skills
- Administration experience and excellent IT skills
