- Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break

**Duties of the Sales Administration Position**:

- Processing orders
- Matching and checking invoices, ensuring they match work completed
- Working closely with engineers and technicians, liaising with them to provide support and plan their work
- Scheduling the engineers to attend sites, diary management
- Dealing with engineer timesheets
- Entering data accurately only job cards
- Liaising with customers regarding service costs, providing help, service excellence and support
- Booking appointments over the telephone and face to face
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Logging works completed

**Essential experience**:

- Experience as an administrator is required
- Strong I.T abilities required
- Good communicator both written and verbal
- Good use of Microsoft Office Packages including Word and Excel
- Confident to answer the phone
