About The Role
- ** Key Accounts Sales Support Administrator. **_
- We have an exciting opportunity at Caerphilly head office,working within the Hygiene division of Key Accounts (including Key Accounts, Major Accounts & Public Sector) providing back office support to Account Managers, Local Account Managers and the Seniormanagement team._
- **Key Tasks **(including but not limited to those listed below)_
- ** Account Support**_
- Support the field sales teams including database searches, account downloads, price analysis and gap analysis._
- Data gather and format detail for reporting for all levels of Key Accounts team._
- Customer Service support for issues that have been escalated to the Account Manager / Local Account Manager._
- Support Key Accounts colleagues with quotations and bids._
- **Account Contract Management**_
- Co-ordinate the checking and signing of customer agreements, between Customer, Account Managers and Head of Divisions._
- Maintain database of customer contracts._
- Work with internal departments to ensure new contracts (framework and individual requests) are implemented according to the terms and conditions._
- Co-ordinate the completion and signing of customer rebate forms, and communicate those terms to internal departments._
- **Key Account Local Account Manager Support**_
- Take lead on surveys/report of LAM project work, data gathering, analysis and production of site surveys._
- Upon completion of surveys, collate, evaluate and produce report for Account Manager/Client._
- **Key Account Sales Internal Account Executive Support**_
- Ensure all incoming enquiries are evaluated and allocated to the relevant IAE within the agreed timeframes and raise CRM opportunity for each relevant opportunity._
- Allocate incoming CRM opportunities to the relevant IAE within the agreed timeframes._
- **Data & Reporting**_
- Produce and maintain customer agreement price lists, price matrix and risk report._
- Produce, maintain and publish the Hygiene Key Accounts List, ensuring all Key Account customers have a corresponding negotiator and all buyers have the appropriate account owner._
- **Teamwork**_
- Support Key Account Customer Engagement Executive colleagues to ensure workloads are managed and successful delivery of work within agreed timescales._
- Communicate with wider team to ensure work completed meets requirements gain feedback and share ways in which support can be improved._
- **knowledge and Experience**_
- IT Skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM_
- Organisation & Prioritisation - ability to gain most effective use of time in a pressurised environment by organising and prioritising daily tasks and customer requirements to meet deadlines._

- Reporting to the Key Account Customer Engagement Manager._
- Direct interaction with other Key Account team colleagues e.g. Head of Key Accounts, Key Account Managers, Key Account Local Account Managers, Customer Engagement Executives, Major Account Managers, Public Sector Account Managers._
- Direct interaction with other supporting areas e.g. Customer Support, Contracts Processing, Operations, IT & Business Intelligence, Marketing, Legal, Tenders._
- Some direct interaction with senior managers throughout the group. _
