Were seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in Ystrad Mynach.Reporting to the Management Accountant this is a well-rounded finance role ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Youll be involved in everything from monthly reporting and reconciliations to VAT returns audit support and budgetingmaking this a great opportunity to grow your finance career.Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly balance sheet accounts and maintain accurate revenue data.Conduct profit & loss analysis and compile monthly financial reports.Maintain fixed asset register and load trade agreement documents into system.Perform foreign exchange revaluations and intercompany netting.Prepare VAT returns and monitor daily bank statements for reconciliation.Support Management Accounting with inventory reserve calculations.Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely invoicing.Assist with internal and external audits providing necessary documentation.Contribute to budget planning and forecasting processes.Handle ad-hoc finance tasks and provide cross-functional support as needed.Skills and Experience: Previous experience in accounts or finance roles is essential.
