As a Delivery Dispatcher, you’ll be an integral part of the team, helping service run as smoothly as possible by managing the delivery pass and communicating with the kitchen and our partner delivery drivers to make sure our eat-out guests get to enjoy our delicious burgers, fries, sides and shakes from the comfort of their own homes. **What will you be doing?**

As a Delivery Dispatcher with Byron/Mother Clucker, you’ll:

- Pack & Dispense eat-out orders
- Communicate and deliver to the delivery partners, ensuring all orders are correct and dispensed within the right timeframe
- Have a keen eye for detail
- On occasion, communicate with Deliveroo/Uber Eats helpdesk to resolve ad-hoc, in service queries
- the payrate shown includes service charge which is paid with your monthly wage and is an independently managed tronc arrangement through which service charge is allocated outside of and in addition to your basic pay. Hourly amount shown is indicative, based on current tronc allocations for this role, and actual pay may vary based on the amount of service charge collected. The basic hourly rate not including tronc is £9.50
