They have an excellent reputation from both colleagues and clients, with a high level of staff retention - this position is newly created, offering a very exciting opportunity to join a secure, successful local business.

**This role will report to the Finance Manager and will involve**:

- Post bank entries and reconcile balance.
- Bank reconciliations.
- VAT returns.
- Sales and purchase ledger maintenance.
- Bookkeeping duties - taking accounts to TB.

**The person**:

- 3 years’ experience working within a varied finance position.
- Comfortable working as a team and independently.
- Solution orientated.
- Capable of adhering to deadlines
- Strong IT skills - in particularly with Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
