Due to expansion we require an additional team member to assist with Administrative duties.

Duties & Responsibilities: E.G
- Answer calls efficiently and professionally, taking information on customers.

Assist the Office manager with Excel, Word and specialised packages.

Bank deposits and Specialised Invoicing.

Processing purchase invoices / credit notes

Matching of Purchase Orders to invoices where permitted.

Investigating and resolving variances against purchase orders

Assisting in processing Supplier Payments.

Querying purchase invoices and distributing to relevant persons to resolve.

Helping complete reconciliation of month end supplier statements to the Purchase Ledger.

Preparing supplier payments

Reviewing and processing staff expenses payments

Assisting with month end process

The Person: E.G
- Good interpersonal skills with proof of experience on the above points.

A minimum of 1 years’ experience in Accounts Payable/ Receivable environment (Desirable)

Great time keeping and initiative to work on own.

Computer literate with good working knowledge of Office (Word, Excel etc.)

4 GCSE’s or equivalent (Grade C or above)

The Package: E.G
- 22-25k Per annum (dependant on experience)

28 Days Holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
