**Accounts Administrator**

**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Utilise accounting software such as Sage for daily transactions.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information is shared.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to accounting
- Assist audit activities
- Contact clients to update them about balance payments.
- Prepare and submit tax forms and their filings.
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Maintain and manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain sub-ledger.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably as an Account Administrator.
- Proficiency in accounting software,
- Strong knowledge of accounts processes and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
