Location: The Hairbank, Urmston, Manchester

Hours: 4-5 Days a Week (Flexible Hours)

**Salary**: Starting from £10.42/hour (minimum wage) up to £14.42/hour (dependent on experience and progression)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Experience

Welcome clients warmly, manage bookings, and ensure smooth communication between clients and stylists. You will also take payments and assist with any client queries.
- Customer Service Excellence

Deliver an outstanding client experience at all times, maintaining our high standard of care and service. As the face of the salon, you’ll need to be extremely personable and professional, ensuring every client feels valued.
- Team Coordination

Act as a key point of contact for the team, maintaining communication to help everyone stay on the same page. Assist the salon owner with managing the rota and overseeing Saturday staff.
- Stock Management

Regularly check and order stock, making sure the salon is always well-supplied with products and essentials.
- Salon Organisation & Cleanliness

Keep the salon looking immaculate by organising, cleaning, and ensuring towels and supplies are replenished. Oversee general salon upkeep to maintain a premium, welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Social Media Engagement

Help with social media posts, ensuring the salon’s online presence reflects the quality of our in-salon experience.
- Support Services

Assist stylists by learning to shampoo clients (training will be provided). If you already have experience with this, it’s a bonus
- Staff Management

Assist the salon owner in interviewing potential new hires and organising the schedules for Saturday staff.

What We’re Looking For:

- A personable, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional organisational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping everything running smoothly.
- Comfortable with social media posting (Instagram, Facebook).
- Ability to multitask and be the “right-hand” to the salon owner.
- Experience with stock management or salon products is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn shampooing techniques (or already have this skill).

Pay: £10.42-£14.42 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- Manchester M41: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- IT: 1 year (preferred)
- Organisational skills: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
