Job Overview:
As a Front of House Team Member at Mr Thomas's Chop House, you will be an integral part of our hospitality team, dedicated to providing outstanding service to our valued guests. Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Order Taking and Processing:

- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring attention to detail and customisation.
- Menu Knowledge:

- Have a comprehensive understanding of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Provide recommendations and suggestively sell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Cash Handling:

- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Cleanliness and Presentation:

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front of house areas.
- Ensure tables and surroundings are aesthetically pleasing and adhere to established standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not essential as full training can be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
