We have a fantastic opportunity for an International Payroll Team Leader to join the team at IRIS FMP.

Our International Payroll Team Leaders manage a team of Client Payroll Executives; providing support, performance management and delivery of team objectives.

**Main responsibilities**:
Own and manage the overall team performance, working closely with operational and commercial teams to manage best in class customer success

Ensure the operation delivers to maximum efficiency and effectiveness by championing, driving, and delivering onboarding process

Define and implement best working practices, policies, and procedures to drive overall onboarding process and time to revenue

Implement the operational onboarding strategy to ensure the smooth running of the business, increasing CX & NPS to support revenue and EBIT growth

Support payroll operations process for new clients and existing, in all countries, ensuring employees are paid accurately, compliantly and on time

New client management (adding new clients, removing terminated clients, amending CRM changes)

Allocate team resources, maintaining balance and capacity

Conduct daily Team Huddles, set individual objectives and performance monitoring

Conduct regular 1:1 with all direct reports

Support sales queries

Query and escalation with incident management providing point of escalation where required

Maintain KPI/SLA Trackers and productivity reports

Consistently promotes best practices providing products, services, and support to delight the client

Manage terminations process to maintain customer retention

Ensure cross collaboration between all functions and IRIS

Identify and drive revenue opportunities

**What we are looking for**:
Client/people management and service delivery experience (essential)

Performance management

A solid understanding/experience working with international companies across multiple time zones and cultures (desirable)
