We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team based in Devon.

**You will**:

- Provide support in the sales & contract administration of customer accounts to maximise all water hygiene sales opportunities.
- Support the Account Management team by creating and managing processes to allow for identification of quote opportunities from our monthly PPM service inspection reports.
- Work with the Technical Estimators to ensure all required quotations are issued to the relevant customers, in line Account Manager requirements.
- Support the Sales Support Manager with the management and issue contract renewal notifications to ensure contract retention.
- Any other reasonable task as required to support sales and operational activity within the company.

**You’ll**
- A self-motivated, driven person with a passion for sales and quality customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail and able to stay calm and focused under pressure.
- Able to plan, organise and prioritise workload to ensure objectives are achieved on time.
- Able to work on own initiative and positively as a team member.
- Computer literate with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and electronic databases

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newton Abbot, TQ12 6TR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
