**Junior Executive Assistant**
**Reports to**: Senior Executive Assistant / London based
**Job purpose**:_ _Supporting the Senior Executive Assistant in coordinating and providing high-quality administrative support to the senior Leadership team: handling extensive diary management, making travel arrangements, setting up meetings, organising catering for meetings and events, researching meeting and events venues, providing cover for the Senior Executive Assistant

For over 20 years we’ve only been connecting consumers with recommended, monitored and vetted tradespeople, with new members going through a minimum of 12 checks before they even get on to our platforms. **Key responsibilities and main duties**
- Extensive diary management, scheduling appointments and meetings, both internally and externally, booking meeting rooms and occasionally arrange catering
- Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel bookings, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports for Leadership Team members
- Handling correspondence affably and efficiently
- Updating and filing corporate documents, maintaining contact database and job guidelines
- Collation and preparation of presentations, proposals etc. using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Minute/action taking in Leadership team meetings when covering for the Senior EA
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Occasionally arranging team events for Leadership team members incl. research, planning and site visits
- Perform other reasonable duties at the request of the line manager or Leadership team
- Demonstrate explicit care to protect all personal and confidential data and information you may encounter about employees, customers, members, suppliers (this list may not be exhaustive) whether that data is held on computer or found in manual, paper systems.
**Characteristics to make the role successful**
- Required skills and experience_
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an EA position
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent. A degree-level qualification would be advantageous, but is by no means essential
- Excellent grasp of the English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite _Desired skills and experience_
- Strong analytical skills
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Exceptionally organised and able to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent ability to prioritise and pre-empt requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
