**About the Role**

Haydock House is a residential service located within minutes of Kettering town centre supporting adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS). The team are supportive and dedicated to promoting independence and developing individual’s daily living skill such as cleaning, cooking, laundry and decision making.

Regular meetings are held with the individuals we support to discuss all aspects of the home to support greater independence and confidence. Regular activities take place at Haydock including mosaic classes, arts and crafts and Rag Rug classes to name a few. The focus is on fun, inclusion and developing social skills.

You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out. Develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shopping and domestic duties. Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.
