**About the Role**

Close to Kettering town centre our supported living service provides seven self-contained one bedroom flats supporting adults with learning disabilities and additional complex needs in a supported living setting. There is a person centred approach for eachindividual where support which is tailored to their specific needs.

There is real encouragement to try new things and family and friends are always welcome to visit and join events and activities. Kettering has many amenities close by to the service including a cinema, shops, bowling alley, cafes, restaurants and many otherleisure facilities.There are also good transport links near the home, including a train station and bus links, to help support people to get out and about.

You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out. Develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shoppingand domestic duties. Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.
