**About the Role**

Weston Villa, is a dedicated Prader-Willi Syndrome service and is based on our innovative flat based model of accommodation and support. Weston Villa has at its core all of the fundamental elements of a successful residential PWS service, for example 24hour food security, appropriate environmental measures and a predictable and structured lifestyle, as well as a dedicated and trained support team.

The service comprises of four self-contained flats with en suite bedrooms, separate lounges and kitchen. Weston Villa also incorporates communal space providing the opportunity for individuals living there to engage and socialise with others.

You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out. Develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shoppingand domestic duties. Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.
