We won't throw you into the deep end, you'll be trained on our product, industry and sales process. In addition to receiving full product training and sales mentoring, you will learn to sell a market-leading, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, that is cuttingedge and best of breed in the construction industry.
We don’t promise unlimited away days and free doughnuts, but we do promise the rewards, opportunities and recognition are limited only by talent and ambition.

**Sales Development Representative** Package:

- A competitive basic salary of £24k
- Y1 OTE taking your total package up to £30k

**Sales Development Representative** Role:

- Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the clixifix® offering and the marketplace it operates within, in order to open up valuable conversations with target accounts
- Comfortable on the phone, you’ll be using this business critical tool regularly - but you’ll never be making 100 dials a day. A highly personalized, considered and researched approach is the clixifix® way - quality over quantity
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization, before employing and developing cadences to develop relationships with them
- Diligently and creatively plan approaches and pitches with the wider team

**Sales Development Representative**:

- Educated to degree level
- Driving Licence preferred.
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, unafraid to try new things and a willingness to learn
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed, and passionate about the prospect of a career in sales
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
