QED Environmental Systems, a Graco company, is the leading manufacturer of innovative environmental products. For over 30 years, QED’s expertise has included pumping systems, landfill products and air strippers. QED is located in Dexter, just west of Ann Arbor, MI.

About the role:
The Marketing Coordinator is required to develop, drive and manage marketing execution for QED’s EMEA and AP business. Driving lead generation to support increased sales, both direct and indirect channels will be key in supporting the business’s ambitious growth objectives. The role will be responsible for contributing to the development of Brand Strategies, creative development, and working to support and accelerate New Products launched in international export markets.
- The position reports to the Global Marketing Lead in the USA and dotted line to the QED UK MD
- The position is Full-Time, Remote Based
- The Marketing Coordinator is expected to act in the company's interest at all times.
- Some travel (less than 10%), local and international, may be required

Main Functions/Responsibilities:

- Contributes to and executes QED’s overall marketing strategy, including opportunity, segmentation, value proposition, target customer profile and field-readiness plans.
- Generation of promotional content such as website content, webinars, presentations, collateral, case studies, white papers collaborating with external suppliers, customers, distributors and the internal sales team for content production.
- Market analysis by region/country; Capture and prioritize customer, channel, geography and industry requirements; Define relative importance of price, performance, services and product mix to create competitive, differentiated offers and establishing a market requirements document.
- Working closely with Engineering and Product Managers, globally, to ensure new product development activities are well supported and managed from a marketing (internal and external) perspective.
- Ensure QED’s website (and other online portals) is maintained and developed in line with Quality Management System and organisational strategy requirements.
- Provide active project management and oversight for QED exhibition attendance, virtual or physical, working close with Product Managers, Account Management and leadership to deliver success.
- Work with distribution partners and resellers to provide direct marketing support, where needed.
- Participates in setting marketing requirements for products/product line/solutions/services;
- Develops documents, deploys and communicates marketing solution programmes for assigned industry/market.
- Be the primary POC for external agency relationships (digital, media, creative, etc.), ensuring that targets are set and deadlines are met. This will involve setting and communicating relevant KPI’s to deliver an excellent ROI for the business.

Position Requirements:

- University Degree in a Marketing-based discipline OR a minimum of 3 years experience in either a Brand or Product Marketing function.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (including presentations to senior executives).
- Strong attention to detail to accompany a creative mind.
- Experience in managing social media and utilising to drive increased engagement and followers.
- Experience in campaign management and business development initiatives.
- Strong customer focus, underpinned by good commercial acumen
- Ability to work independently, working proactively and taking initiative to achieve desired results.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (including presentation experience to key stakeholders).
- Proficient IT capabilities, including MS Office programmes - e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Knowledge and use of Pardot (marketing automation platform) and Salesforce (DESIRABLE).
- Experience in working within a technical-based manufacturing business with an international presence (DESIRABLE).
