Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000

The role of the Channel Marketing Manager - Showers will involve:

- Channel Marketing Manager position promoting a manufactured range of showers and shower accessories
- Target audience includes: main contractors, sub-contractors, specifiers, architects, local authorities, housing associations, regional house builders, residential homes, care homes and social housing
- Developing a strong relationship with the trade sales team, supporting them to create and generate new business which is driven through specification
- Responsible for managing all marketing activity, such as product launches, context writing, trade shows and the website
- Developing a sound understanding of your target audience, researching the current and previous market trends/patterns to ensure the sales team can react efficiently and accordingly to the customer’s needs and wants
- Producing new, creative and innovative activity plans and digital content
- Liaising with internal departments to develop and increase brand awareness, product performance and online presence within the market
- Analysing marketing campaigns and activity, enabling you to identify what improvements can be made to reach a wider audience and maintain continuous growth
- Analysing the market, researching new trends and strategies to improve performance and remain competitive

The ideal applicant will be a Channel Marketing Manager - Showers with:

- Must have at least 2yrs experience within a channel marketing role
- Ideally possess some knowledge of the trade and specification market sectors
- Experience within the bathroom’s sector would be highly advantageous however not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised, commercially astute, self-motivated individual
- Creative mind-set with a proactive approach to working
- High levels of initiative
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Computer literate
