**SALARY**:£25,836 - £28,903 per annum + Generous Benefits (see below)

**LOCATION**:Hybrid - based in the office inCoventry with opportunities to work from home 2 days a week

**JOB TYPE**:Permanent, Full-Time

**WORKING HOURS**:36.5 hours per week, 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 3.30pm Friday (Some occasional weekend and evening working may be required from time to time)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Communications & Marketing Coordinatorwith professional experience in a communications / marketing environment, who takes pride in producing high quality communications material, who likes variety, is creativeand proactive.

Working as the Communications & Marketing Coordinator you will develop, co-ordinate and deliver creative on and offline communications and marketing solutions across the organisation to support effective engagement with their members.

**DUTIES**

Your duties as the Communications & Marketing Coordinator include:

- Responsible for the development of departmental / project level communication and marketing plans
- Day-to-day coordination of the development and delivery of communication and marketing campaigns
- Accountable for project direction, creating design briefs, reviewing artwork through to full sign-off, organising client feedback and ensuring a successful outcome delivered on time and to budget
- Consulting colleagues in the development of communication and marketing plans, campaign requirements and the clear identification of objectives
- Coming up with innovative ideas to promote the organisation’s initiatives, products, events and services
- Creating social media campaigns using platforms such as Sprout Social and working with the team to manage an overarching social media schedule / content plan
- Keeping on top of latest trends meaningful to the target audience/sector and any changes to Google and social media algorithms to ensure content is always relevant
- Create and amend designs, advertisements, web banners etc. using Canva or Creative Cloud
- Update and publish content to organisations website(s) and social accounts including the moderating of social media channels
- Manage the printing of the organisations publications through in-house or external sources
- Organise events (such as open days / welcome activities etc.) including branding, display stands, filming, photography, logistics etc
- Committed to reducing the organisations environmental impact and promote environmental and ethical good practice

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience of working within a Comms & Marketing environment
- Experience of managing marketing campaigns, managing multiple clients, briefing requirements to designers/suppliers, writing copy for a range of audiences, managing social media /digital campaigns, photography and photo editing, video production and editingand of proof-reading documents for accuracy
- A comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Knowledge of the processes involved in carrying out communication and marketing campaigns to meet clients’ expectations
- Knowledge of using different types of video/photographic equipment and software to create high quality films and images
- Experience in using social media management packages i.e., Sprout Social or similar
