Due to expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager that enjoys autonomy and uses their expertise to raise brand awareness.
This role is Hybrid, one day a week in the office.
If you love not just setting the strategy but also executing projects from cradle to grave, this role will be of interest to you.
You will play a pivotal role in the organisation at a really exciting time
If you have experience across the full marketing mix, including creating engaging and compelling social media content, developing digital marketing strategies, coordinating a range of consumer events, and producing on-brand marketing collateral, we would liketo speak to you.
As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be
- Creating and updating marketing plan and strategy
- Testing and optimising new and existing channels
- Analysing, reviewing, and reporting on the effectiveness
- Supporting product value proposition and positioning
- Managing social media activity developing campaigns from the ground up
- Driving public relations efforts through the active engagement of journalists and influencers
- Coordinating event attendance efforts through active engagement of event organisers
- Writing presentations and speeches on key industry topics
- Market research on current trending topics and consumer insights on products
- Communicate the vision and value of existing and new products and develop sales tools to facilitate sales process, and taking part in presentations

As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will have
- Experience of high-profile media work and thorough understanding and knowledge of print and broadcast media, both national and regional
- Experience of organising media events from sourcing venues to advertising on media messages, briefing and training spokespeople.
- Political media awareness.
- Experience in two or more of the following areas: PPC, SEO, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Google Analytics, UX, CMS
- Specialist knowledge of marketing to and engagement with ethnically diverse communities and faith groups
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to write and contribute to the production of reports and strategies
