We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our friendly Coventry team and are looking for someone with proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a product marketing focus. The main role will be to undertake marketing projects and initiatives to promote the Company and ensure effective product placement within the market and to work with our global marketing and PR teams to handle all day-to-day marketing activities and general administration, providing direct assistance to Head of Marketing.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate marketing creative projects ensuring brand guidelines are always upheld including advertising, direct mail, presentations, website, newsletters and sales collateral
- Develop and create a regular schedule of customer and prospect campaigns
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
- Manage CRM platform, including creation of target account and prospect lists
- Proof-reading PR and content
- Monitor trade press activity and reporting, including competitor analysis
- Coordinate social media requirements, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring results and reporting
- Assist with the planning of trade shows & attendance as required
- Send out relevant information as requested to customers, including the despatch of Welcome Packs
- To manage stocks of marketing materials and equipment
- Maintenance, development & administration of the customer loyalty schemes
- Undertake marketing mailings including postal requirements
- General administration duties
- Provide support to external / internal sales staff
- Support in provision of New Business documentation
- Deal with travel arrangements & functions as required

**Essential Attributes & Skills**:

- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a product marketing focus.
- Strong written and communication skills and experience in creating high impact messaging and copy
- Commercially minded with the ability to discover insights and opportunities that drive results
- Ideally have a marketing qualification - Marketing degree or an equivalent such as CIM.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite Software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Salesforce would be advantageous
- Excellent time-management, organisational and planning skills, with an ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail and accuracy
- An eagerness to learn and develop your career
- A confident, self-motivated team player who can show initiative

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
