**Junior Marketing Coordinator**
As a **Junior Marketing Coordinator**, you will assist in planning and executing in-person marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure each campaign runs smoothly, engaging with customers and gathering valuable feedback. This role is ideal for an organized, people-oriented individual who is excited to develop their marketing skills through direct interactions with customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the coordination and execution of face-to-face marketing campaigns, events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Engage with customers directly, answering questions about products, services, and promotions while representing the brand professionally.
- Assist with organizing and setting up marketing materials, displays, and event booths.
- Conduct in-person market research, gathering customer feedback and insights to share with the marketing team.
- Track and report on campaign performance, contributing to strategy discussions and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive brand message across all in-person marketing efforts.
- Maintain the organization and inventory of marketing materials, ensuring readiness for events and campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling, filing reports, and organizing event logistics.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in marketing, events, or a customer-facing role (internships and entry-level experience welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work on-site and travel locally to event locations as required.
