**The Role and the Company**
- The company I am recruiting for supply their brands/products to large retailers. The European headquarters are beautifully renovated offices in Islington. Home to their 40+ strong team of Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Licensing professionalsand Senior Management Team.
- The Junior Account Coordinator role is a fantastic opportunity for someone beginning their career, possibly with limited experience. You will be given training and support, while gaining exposure to a variation of departments, within one of the fastestgrowing companies in the industry.
- The Junior Account Coordinator will sit within the operations team. Responsibilities include managing customer and operational transactions, in partnership with designated members of the Sales Team. Whilst fielding incoming specific account queries. Inthis role you will be expected to facilitate communication across all functions, most notably Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain. Ensuring communication is clear whilst maintaining excellent organisational skills.
- The Junior Account Coordinator is also accountable for providing excellent customer service and managing the administrative functions of the accounts end to end, in close collaboration with Sales.

**Desired Experience;**

The company are open minded regarding experience, they believe cultural fit and a person's transferrable skills are most important. However, customer service focus and some office/admin experiences are essential, as well as having the ability to pick thingsup quickly.
