**The Role**

Due to company success they are looking to expand their team and are looking for a successful coordinator to help
support the business to enable maximum growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to grow and

You will responsible for all social media activities across the company’s all lines of business, which include medico
- legal, private healthcare and clinical trials. You will work closely with the Director of Clinical Services as well as other key stakeholders to deliver commercial strategies and activities.

Their clients include global pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and leading personal injury law firms. Therefore,
international experience and familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity

the development of new treatments for Alzheimer’s disease, ADHD, Parkinson’s disease, Autism Spectrum
Disorder and more.

**Key Objectives and Responsibilities**:

- Regular input into and execute the company annual brand plans.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication, giving feedback on campaign results and effectiveness of marketing plans.
- Plan and oversee the production of the company’s events and conferences. In addition, work with internal teams to organise events across the company’s centres.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to oversee the ongoing implementation of integrated marketing communications across the company. Develop and implement content strategy and identify appropriate distribution channels.
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook
- Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services and report on the activities of the company’s external agencies, including: Web Developers, Digital Marketing Consultant, PR Consultant, Creative Agency and SEO Agency.
- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
- Developing connections on our social media accounts, including responding to follower comments and questions, increasing engagement and ensuring the core brand positioning is well reflected in the social media experience.
- Develop marketing plans for each service and subsequently monitor and report on the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns against agreed objectives.
- Support the on and off activities promoted at key meetings within the business.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and awareness of ethical regulations for clinical trial patient recruitment
- Must have experience in running multiple lead generation and awareness campaigns across different service areas both nationally and internationally.
- Able to build valued relationships with clients and internally as a team player
- Social media management experience
- Can-do attitude

**Desirable**:
