- Proactively support the success of the ongoing performance management process to drive a high performing culture throughout the Central teams- Develop and deliver against the strategic resource plan for the Central teams in partnership with the hiring managers- Consider external best practise, leverage internal innovation and creative ideas to deliver an improved people service to designated Central/Village teams- Be the expert of employee relations practice and issues across jurisdiction- Working in close collaboration with all People Teams at Central level, to ensure that our Colleagues are at the heart of everything we do- Building your commercial awareness, so you can proactively understand and deliver against the needs of the Business- Nurturing respectful relationships and embracing diversity of voices**What makes you special**
