Position: Lead Generator - Energy Procurement
Location: Gateshead
**Job Type**: Full-Time
As a Lead Generator, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients within the energy sector. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a deep understanding of the energy procurement landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients within the energy industry, including commercial and industrial sectors.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and gather relevant information to assess their needs and potential fit with our services.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to hand over qualified leads and provide necessary background information for successful client engagement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead generation activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to enhance lead generation strategies.
Continuously refine lead generation techniques and strategies to maximize conversion rates and optimize results.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Lead Generator or similar role, preferably within the energy procurement industry.
Strong knowledge of energy markets, procurement processes, and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage potential clients effectively.
Ability to conduct in-depth research, identify key decision-makers, and tailor outreach strategies to specific target audiences.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead generation tools to manage and track lead activities.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
