**Customer facing advisor for vehicle servicing & repair, vehicle hire and support.**

**Skills and experience**

**Service**
- Customer booking, pricing/estimating and invoicing. Liaison with workshop staff.
- Experience with MAM Autowork-enterprise, Autodata, 1 Link etc beneficial but not essential.
- Part sourcing / ordering & accounts transactions control, using both aftermarket and OEM suppliers.
- Customer liaison - dealing with booking, updates, concerns & complaints and payment.
- Estimating and tendering for new work with web based services - Book my garage, Who can fix my car, Autobutler etc

**Vehicle Hire**
- Customer interface for booking car & van hire, pricing, and general admin duties in support of rentals - Practical V Car & Van Hire
- Fleet management - ensuring all vehicles are prepared, available and checked before and after rental. Co-ordination of maintenance & service schedules
- Exploiting new opportunites for increase business using web based services / social media
- Training will be provided for Practical booking and rental systems

Pro active, confident and resilient individual with experience in a customer facing role.

An individual who relishes challenges to improve business performance.

Service &/or sales background beneficial

Technical background beneficial for service role but not essential.
Capable of working using your own initiative, especially in generating new opportunities to increase sales/revenue but enjoy being part of a friendly team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
