- ** Technical Skills** - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- ** Knowledge** - Understanding of training products and associated resource requirements. Ability to consider trainer/assessor, resource/facility availability, to maximise the use of virtual delivery and local delivery in order to minimise travel and enhance the customer experience, and reduce costs to the business.
- ** Communication** - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
- ** Organisation** - Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet goals and deadlines.
- ** Adaptability** - A flexible approach to change, with a positive attitude towards new challenges.
