**Salary**: £22,000 - £24,000 DOE
Contract type: FT Permanent
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week. Usual working hours Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (some evenings and weekends may be required to fit the business needs)

About the role
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in meeting the Training KPI’s
- Booking hotels and training venues
- Completing learner's Enrolment inclusive of Initial Advice and Guidance (IAG)
- Assisting in the complete training journey from initial learning plans through to certification
- Attending job fairs and recruiting learners onto funded programmes
- Monitoring and reporting of learner progress along with scheduling learner progress reviews
- Preparing course materials ahead of delivery
- Invigilating exams and assisting in delivery sessions
- Working within best practice guidelines to comply with industry regulations
- Uploading and monitoring learners across the LMS system
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our ever-growing team. The role will be based at our head office in Coventry however, occasional travel will be required to support on delivery days, networking events and learner engagement events.
The successful individual will have the following experience:
- Previous experience of college or funding paperwork
- Full clean driving license (ideal due to travel that may be required however, not essential)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
- Positive energy and the ability to motivate those around you
- Proactive and keen to bring new ideas to the table
- Background in safety, security, transport, logistics, training, or events
Your previous roles could have included: Learning Administrator, Learning & Development Assistant, Education Coordinator, Training Coordinator, Safety & Security Training Coordinator, HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or Learner Recruitment & Training Coordinator
