**F45/FS8 Description**

**F45**

F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. Born in Australia, it's the fastest growing fitness franchise in the world. The F stands for 'functional' (workouts), the 45 for the duration of the workout, and it's exploding in popularity. There are now 1,750 studios spanning 45 countries and over half a million F45 members around the world.

The Head Trainer position within the Big Badger Group is pivotal in creating unbeatable culture and retention of both the staff and community. Their assistance in support of the Studio Manager is crucial to building an incredible working environment. More than anything the Head Trainer is the pinnacle of the product and should be viewed this way from all members and coaches, To set it bluntly - you set the tone on the training floor and your passion for fitness and community should be unparalleled.

Two key areas that the Head Trainer will drive are (1) Community Events and (2) the F45 8/6 Week Challenge. The Studio Manager and yourself will clearly outline the plans for each but it will the Head Trainer that really drives member participation, creativity and follow through of plans and team engagement.

Your Studio Manager will delegate certain tasks to you on all the above and you will have weekly sit downs to discuss all Studio related matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Culture + Community**
- Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service by leading from the front and setting high standards for what you expect from your team.
- Plan and execute all community calendar promotions and events.
- Drive all F45 8/6 Week Challenges.
- Be the pinnacle of the product - Set the tone for your studio.

**Team Leadership**
- Support the Studio Manager in all staff matters - rota, management and disciplinarily
- Plan and execute all staff training, workouts, Culture Fridays and any other event that will drive team cohesiveness.
- Involved in all BBG Open Days.
- Drive a high energy culture, in accordance with the Studio Manager’s vision, through purpose driven and incentive based motivation.
- Help prepare weekly and monthly reports for team based on Studio performance.

**Studio Growth + Retention**
- Help drive the membership sales of your F45 studio.
- Work alongside the Studio Manager to meet or exceed required performance metrics (KPI's)
- Engage local community to drive awareness including studio launch

**Operations**:

- Manage the daily operations of the studio.
- Maintain top-notch cleanliness, appearance and organization of the studio.
- Maintain serviceability of training equipment.

**Brand Recognition**:

- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and model behavior in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to FS8 business policies and standards
- Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed

**Prerequisites**:

- Level 3 PT Qualifications
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- 2+ years of training/coaching experience in the fitness industry.
- 3+ years of management experience, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, disciplining, and terminating
- Outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organizational, and written skills
- Highly organized with the ability to priorities and meet deadlines
- Computer proficiency with MS Office programs and MindBody as well as various media platforms
