**Job Details**:
- ** Employment Status**: Self employed
- ** Remuneration**:£12ph
- ** Working Hours**:18 hours p/w. (with flexibility for additional hours)
- ** Report to**: Emily Rutherwood (FS8 Oxford Circus Studio Manager)
FOH will act as a sales, studio operations and community support function at FS8 Oxford Circus.
**FOH Duties**:
- SELL TRIALS.
- Meeting and greeting all members and guests to the studio and creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Know the Studio: equipment, timetable, instructors, pricing, etc.
- Knowing the product. Elevator pitch on.
- Create a rapport with our members.
- Reporting maintenance requirements.
- Ensure correct retail process for all items at the front desk - water, shakes, bars, grip socks etc
- Studio tours.
- Educate on membership options.
- Write detailed notes on every conversation.
- Sell trials.
- Book first class.
**Sales / Member Admin**:
- Contact all new leads on sales dashboard to sign onto a trial, membership or any other package bundle.
- Call all new trial leads and book them into their first class.
- Call all 1st visits prior to their first class to welcome them into the studio and to let them know all studio procedures. (grip socks, reformer inductions etc )
- Call any 1st visits post their first class to ask for feedback, gage their interest and execute on next steps for each individual case.
- Collate all sales notes from coaches into our sales dashboard ‘Loyalsnap’.
- Execute on all studio operational tasks to ensure optimal day to day running of the studio.
- Coordinate and support Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manger on all community events that take place throughout the year.
**Social Media**:
- Reply to Instagram questions and queries.
- Brain storm with Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager ideas and strategies.
- Upload Instagram stories.
- Assist with creating content.
