**Job Summary: Front of House Staff**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a welcoming and courteous attitude, providing an exceptional first impression upon their arrival.
- Manage guest seating, reservations, and waitlists efficiently to ensure a smooth and organized dining flow.
- Provide personalized service, responding to guest inquiries, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring all needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle payments with precision, processing cash, card, and other transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining and reception areas, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere at all times.
- Monitor the guest experience throughout their visit, addressing any issues or concerns with tact and professionalism.
- Uphold company standards of service, ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage with guests and create a positive rapport.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring smooth operations during busy periods.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering service that exceeds guest expectations.
- Basic numerical skills for handling transactions and balancing accounts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a cohesive and efficient team.
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is preferred but not essential; a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality is highly valued.
- A polished, professional appearance and demeanor in line with the establishment’s high standards.

Pay: £11.84-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Organisational skills: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
