We’re expanding our coaching team and are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and skilled coaches to join us in our mission to grow and provide exceptional fitness experiences.

**Position Overview**:
As a Trainer at F45 Leadenhall Market, you will play a key role in driving our members' success and the studio's dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include leading high-energy group workouts, fostering community spirit and ensuring each class is a memorable experience. This role is ideal for fitness professionals who thrive on engaging with members and delivering structured, effective and fun workout sessions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead engaging and motivating F45 group fitness classes.
- Greet and interact with members, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Build strong relationships to encourage member retention.
- Provide support and fitness advice to help members achieve their goals.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Promote a positive, community-based environment within the studio.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Studio Manager and fellow coaches to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Level 3 Personal Trainer Certification (or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of experience in group fitness coaching or personal training.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and motivational, with a positive attitude.
- Ability to deliver high-level customer service consistently.
- Competent in coaching and cueing various fitness movements.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptable, organised, and capable of managing time effectively.

**Availability**:

- Flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings and/or weekends.
- Commitment to regular class schedules and occasional special events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 15 per week
