**Primary Purpose of the Role**

We are looking for an exceptional **Head Trainer/Studio Manager** to head up a high performing team. You will be required to lead our team of trainers to consistently meet the standard of a high performing studio, whilst setting such an example to your team. You will also be the primary individual responsible for ensuring the gym is fully staffed, and all staff members are trained and equipped to deliver a five star service to our customers. The role is **30-40 hours per week**, inclusive of approx. **15 hours of teaching**.

You will be required to lead, support and take control of our F45 Challenge - a 45 Day fitness challenge taking place five times a year, and an integral part of our membership offering, including providing individualised mentorship to membership undertaking the 45 Day Challenge. You will also play key roles in the running of our social media and marketing strategies.

You will be required to inspire a strong community of members through group training sessions, with an emphasis on providing a Personal Training experience in a group setting.

You will be a consistently upbeat, energetic and positive force in the studio and contribute to the creation of a fun and inviting studio atmosphere where members feel comfortable and confident.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
