**Sales Trainer**
**Location**: Homebased with travel to Birmingham, Leicester, London
**Salary**:£45k - £50k DOE + Benefits
**Term**:Full Time, Permanent

**You are an experienced, professional, sales trainer who has cut their teeth in a variety of sales roles including B2B, long and short sales cycles and key account management before moving into the L&D arena.

You have a proven sales track record along with a record of designing, delivering and evaluating sales related learning programmes for early careers through to seasoned sales professionals.

**Main Purpose of Role**
In this role you will be working closely with the Head of Talent & Engagement developing and implementing Wilmington PLC’s learning and talent development proposition for Sales.

You will be ensuring our people have the skills, knowledge and learning culture required to be effective both now and in the future in delivering Wilmington’s vision and business objectives via business development activities.

Being a specialist practitioner, you will be providing learning and development expertise in the Sales profession, including management of projects in their entirety and active delivery to individuals and groups.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Career experience of Sales is essential; delivery in a B2B context to include short cycle sales and key account management.
- Professional training qualification (Cert in Training Practice, Level 5 CIPD Diploma, CTLLS or similar) is preferred
- Proven track record of designing and actively delivering learning across the sales spectrum
- Proven track record of playing a major role in delivering learning & development projects, from conception and design through to implementation and measurement
- Experience of working with trainees, apprentices or interns is preferred
