Guiding international brands with strategic insight, they have built a strong reputation and team - one they arelooking to expand further with a qualitative expert, and have a flexible working policy allowing up to four days per week from home.

For this Research Manager role, your qualitative expertise will be integral in delivering tailored insights to clients as you plan out and take point on qual projects. You'll aid clients in understanding current/prospective customers, their behaviours andhow these insights can inform key decision making.

**Key Duties**
- Lead in running/managing qualitative projects, right through to delivery of insight
- Help develop client relationships, being involved in writing proposals and pitching
- Design creative screeners & discussion guides, along with moderating interviews, focus groups & workshops
- Analysing the data, building in-depth reports and engaging presentations to be made to stakeholders
- Supporting junior researchers in their professional development

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong qualitative research expertise as a Research Manager, from an insight/research agency background
- Experience across a range of qual techniques - including focus groups, workshops and depth interviewing
- Comfortable writing reports & presenting engaging insights to clients
- Able to manage yourself effectively to work across multiple tasks
- You integrate and work well with a team towards a common goal, and are also effective when working independently
