We are hiring a number of Graduate Research Executive / Graduate Recruiter / Trainee Recruitment Consultant roles to join the rapidly growing team at our specialist recruitment consultancy based in the heart of St Albans.
Intelligent People is a St Albans based executive search and experienced hire recruitment specialist, with a focus on marketing, product management and commercial leadership. We provide expert consultancy, advice and services to our customers, who are a mixtureof small and large consumer and technology brands. The work we do helps our customers build their services and scale their businesses - it's exciting
The Role
Some specific responsibilities for the Graduate Research Executive / Graduate Recruiter / Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Use the CRM system to target non-Client contacts
Perform database searches and improve data integrity
Use 3rd party tools to help build Talent pools
You will also help the business development effort by performing market research on potential Clients, adding them to the prospecting system, performing data input and helping with targeted outreach.

A sense of urgency and bias for action; a competitive edge
Bachelor degree is preferred but not essential.

Upon completing your initial training period you will have the chance to progress into Senior Researcher and ultimately into frontline Consultancy roles, selling and delivering executive search and experience hire services for new and existing customers.
