**About the Company**
Our client is a leading Retail research specialist in the UK with an enviable reputation of delivering high quality research to High Street retailers and Financial Services providers. They are looking for a Client Executive to join their busy Client ServicesTeam to work on a variety of projects which could include Mystery Shopping, Customer Experience and In-Store Observation.
**About the Role**
This varied Client Executive role involves both client handling and internal project management. The overall purpose of the role is to contribute to the retention and development of profitable business. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for the design, management and delivery of client research projects
- Ownership of customer relationships and communicati
- Account development
- Revenue management
- Co-ordination of internal teams and project planning
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
- Good customer relationship development and management skills
- Project management experience
- Data analysis experience
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Our client is looking for someone who picks things up quickly, is enthusiastic and motivated, is highly organised and has a keen eye for detail.
