Corporate Finance Executive - St Albans
Are you an ACCA or ACA Finalist or Qualified and looking for your first move into Corporate Finance. Looking to get out of Audit?
Public Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood have recently been instructed by highly reputable, regional firm based in St Albans to source an experienced Corporate Finance Executive.
The key focuses of the role would be concentrating upon M&A work, transactions, funding, forecasting, with some additional exposure to lead advisory work and due diligence.
Clients would be mid market OMBs and SMEs, so an overall advisory mindset and skillset would be required. Deals in the region of £5mil to £50 mil.
Assist with executing M&A transactions and other advisory roles (such as corporate restructures including demergers, share schemes, growth strategies).
Assist with the project management of transactions and projects
Work collaboratively with other departments to provide a comprehensive “joined-up” service. Notably working closely with the tax team to ensure due consideration of taxation matters in deal structuring.
Oversee the progression of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents
The firm have fully embraced agile working and are happy to discuss WFH options. Travel in this role will be purely dependent on the clients and their location and requirements.
