As a Corporate Affairs Manager, you’ll partner with the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and senior leadership team to align and integrate activities across the function, ensuring delivery against strategic goals and financial plans. This role involves managing key projects, tracking progress against priorities, and enabling seamless operations across the department through a data-driven, collaborative approach. You will also oversee the development, measurement, and reporting of departmental KPIs to monitor performance and support continuous improvement.Location: St Albans - Hybrid (3 days per week)Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annumRole Duration: 12 month FTCKey Responsibilities: Deliver the Corporate Affairs strategy, business plan, and budget in line with company goals.Lead and coordinate annual business planning across sub-functions, ensuring timely delivery.Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and procurement to achieve strategic outcomes efficiently.Manage and report on key projects and performance to the Corporate Affairs leadership, Executive team, and Board.Use data and analytics to generate insights and guide priorities.Act as the main liaison with Finance, Procurement, and Legal on budget and contract matters.Prioritise initiatives and maintain the Corporate Affairs roadmap.Coordinate monthly Board updates and leadership presentations.Develop systems for effective communication and information flow.Track departmental KPIs and success measures.Key Skills and ExperienceStrong project management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.Collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.Strong collaboration and coordination across teams.Timely delivery of strategic priorities and projects.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
