**Professional Fastener Services Ltd is an owner managed distributor of industrial components to the OEM industry. Operating from a single site in Cradley Heath we service industry across the UK and Europe.**
We are looking for somebody to join our team as an office administrator.
**The position involves**:
- Processing and chasing orders
- Dealing with customer queries
- Providing general administrative and secretarial support as required
- Other warehouse duties may be required from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
- Ability to work on own initiative
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above
- Working knowledge of Sage Line 50 & Sage Payroll preferred but not essential
- Experience in fastener trade preferred but not essential.
Working hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday. 8.30am - 4.00pm Fridays
In return we offer a position in a friendly, dynamic team with prospects to grow with the company and a competitive rate of pay.
Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
