**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Critical job car creation
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Utilise Office 365 for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration.
- Contract renewals (Insurance, Energy, Fleet)
- Trade counter customer engagement

**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.

The ideal Administrator must have recent and relevant experience in Administration. Industry training shall be provided.

Based in a thriving and fast paced environment, it is essential that you are pro-active, enjoy resolving problems, are organised and provide first class customer service.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.

Literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.

The ability to multi-task and prioritise work is essential.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
