My Client a global and highly prestigious company are recruiting for a Customer Contract Administration Executive who has experience of working within a service environment. The ability to use own initiative and good customer liaison skills are a necessity,as are good communication skills.

The role requires the highest level of communication, the ability to work to set timescales, diligence and attention to detail. A pleasant personality, customer liaison skills, and the capability to multitask are also desirable attributes. A good level ofIT skills, specifically with Microsoft Word®, Excel®, and previous exposure to SAP would be an advantage, as would the ability to learn and absorb use of bespoke software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and grow current contract portfolio
- Develop and grow current contract reports
- Create contracts and associated paperwork
- Generate contract quotations for customers and equipment sales
- Running contract reports
- Sorting out invoice queries
- Creating purchase orders for 3rd parties
- Processing Licence Key requests
- Overseeing the day to day running of the department
- Any other tasks as requested by management

**Key Skills**
- Must have experience of working in the service industry
- Must have experience of managing customer contracts, alongside excellent reporting skills
- Experience of dealing with customers by phone and face to face, when needed
- The role requires the highest level of communication, the ability to work to set timescales, diligence and attention to detail
- A good level of IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel and experience of using SAP, as would the ability to learn and absorb bespoke software
- Qualifications in Business or Accounting would be useful
